Returning
As a private consumer, you have a 14-day right of return. Should our products not meet your requirements, you can report this and return them provided that the packaging has remained intact and if it is not a product that was specially ordered for you. In addition, products which have been discounted due to Sales or an ACTION cannot be returned either. In other words, opened packaging does not allow you to abandon the purchase.
This right of renunciation does not apply to business customers.
It does not apply to products ordered specially for the customer and/or with a delivery time of 1 or more weeks.
Step-by-step plan to return:
Email us (via info@knuss.eu) that you wish to return an item with the reason.
You will receive instructions and a return slip via e-mail for returning the item.
Send the item back to the return address. The return costs will be borne by you and deducted from the credit.
After receipt and approval, knuss.eu will send you a receipt confirmation via e-mail. You will then receive a refund calculated as follows: the amount - (deduction of shipping costs 3.95€/box).
